Hace apenas unas horas, Glenn “eresnegrojoder” Hughes publicaba en su facebook que se veía forzado a cancelar todo su tour por UK/Europa, debido al percal acaecido con Living Colour (negros de verdad) unas seman-ass atrás.
Recordad que hace unas semanas Living Colour anunciaban que se apeaban de la gira con La Voz del Rock, la cual se había anunciado como conjunta desde el principio, para anunciarse poco después que se sumaban a la gira de Alter Bridge, que también pasará por nuestro país de manera inminente.
Al parecer, Living Colour tenían cerrada la gira con Glennsucristo Hughes, con las entradas a la venta ya desde abril, pero su nuevo manager les cerró también la gira con Alter Bridge y, finalmente, optaron por acompañar a Myles Kennedy y Mark Tremonti en vez de al veter-ano músico inglés.
Los promotores de la gira, al enterarse de que Vernon Reid y sus huestes se bajaban del carro, se vieron en la obligación de ofrecer la devolución del importe de los tickets vendidos a la peñita y claro……, todo al carasho…..
Evidentemente, todo este tinglado afecta también a los cuatro shows que el mítico vocalista/bajista tenía programados para diciembre en las Españ-ass…… Así que ya sabéis…, si ya habíais comprado la entrada, reclamad la devolución del importe que pagasteis por la misma.
Os adjunto la parrafada con la que el propio ex-Purple explica en su página de facebook toda la movidón. Está en inglés y paso de ponerme ahora a traducirlo para vosotros, así que el que no sepa inglés, que hable con Big Muzzy (ya hay que tener unos años, para entender la coñêtta…..jejeje…).
En definitiva, que los niggas yankis le dieron por la Casita de Tomás al “alma de nigga” inglés, según parece……

Glenn Hughes is forced to cancel his UK/European tour today after the co-headliner Living Colour booked a conflicting support slot on Alter Bridge’s European tour. New management for Living Colour knowingly booked them onto the Alter Bridge tour although they were already confirmed for the Glenn Hughes co-headline tour, which had been on sale since April. Alter Bridge and Glenn Hughes have been long-time friends and neither Alter Bridge, their management and agents or even Living Colour’s agent TKO were aware that this was taking place.
Glenn Hughes was planning on touring Europe in support of his upcoming solo album, RESONATE. When word got to promoters that Living Colour were no longer planning to perform on the co-headline dates, they were forced to refund all tickets. All ticket holders of Glenn Hughes’ UK/European tour will be offered refunds at the point of purchase and can call the venues for more information.”
